Rosie has a psychology degree from Cambridge and an MBA from Henley Management College specialising in project management. She brings 20 years’ experience in educational leadership. She led one of Tony Blair’s most successful Education Action Zones, where her leadership was judged by independent school inspectors as ‘outstanding’. As a consultant in the UK, she advised the National College for School Leadership and the Innovation Unit on systems leadership. In Australia, she was brought in by AITSL to manage the launch of the Australian Principal Standard across all states and territories. Since 2013, she has pioneered our partnerships with Departments of Education across Australia and overseas, designing and overseeing leadership development programs for over 5000 education leaders.

With degrees in psychology and social sciences, Cathy offers over twenty years’ experience working in the fields of leadership development, psychometric assessment, organisation development, facilitation and counselling. Her professional background and well developed organisational skills enable her to program manage complex projects with ease.

Cathy is highly committed to ensuring that our many programs are delivered efficiently and effectively, and all participants receive a personalised service. Her professional approach makes her highly sought after by our clients. Cathy also brings a deep understanding of psychometric tools, with her own accreditations in Hogan, MBTI, Genos Ei and Ravens. She can advise schools on relevant programs and match them with suitable coaches.

Craige’s 40 years of service in schools across WA culminated in his principalship at Bunbury Senior High School where, over 12 years, he built a high performing team; the school was named WA Public Secondary School of the Year in 2019. Craige has always valued collaboration across schools; he was elected by colleagues onto the committee of WA Secondary School Executives Association. He has also built connection with Catholic and Independent schools through chairing a 15-school Regional Trade Training Centre and the South West Secondary Principals Alliance. Trained in cognitive coaching, Craige is committed to helping school leaders to grow their leadership.

Ross’s 40 years of service to Queensland schools gave him experience in both urban and rural schools across the state. His caring leadership style was appreciated by many, as he rose from assistant and deputy principal roles to principalship of a large state high school. His 25 years in educational leadership roles culminated with his work as assistant regional director for the North Coast region. Ross has a passion for supporting the next generation of school leaders to build their people leadership skills, and is committed to ensuring that everyone can access the right support, however remote or isolated their school is.

Gail has forged a lifelong career supporting Northern Territory schools. She pioneered Department of Education programs for schools to integrate technology and to improve literacy. Her most recent principalship saw her leading a school that was architecturally designed for co-teaching where she also introduced a hub for inclusive practices which became a model of best practice; the school’s enrolments doubled during her principalship. Gail’s leadership practice has been strongly influenced by her training in cognitive coaching.

Jenny is an experienced leader, workforce planner, executive coach and strategist. She combines her experience in education with her studies in coaching and leadership to help others reach their potential. Jenny brings 30 years’ experience in educational leadership roles, including successful principalship and systems leadership roles. Jenny is accredited with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership Performance Profile, holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Jenny brings expertise in strengths based coaching, organisational psychology, narrative coaching, integral system and goal theory, crucial conversations, brain theory and immunity to change.

Trained initially as a teacher, Judy is a professional leadership coach, counsellor, trainer and education consultant with over 35 years’ experience in the education sector. Her career in education spanned teaching, adult education, training, consultancy, student services, family support and education policy. Judy has a Master of Educational Studies, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma in Leadership Coaching and NLP, and is a graduate of Leadership WA. Judy has coached a wide range of education leaders from WA, SA, Victoria, the NT and NSW. She is passionate about closing the education attainment gap and is proud of her award-winning work with indigenous communities in the remote Kimberley region.

Harley is an experienced and high level, goal-oriented executive coach and facilitator. He has an international business and marketing leadership background, with previous responsibility for budgets of up to $250m. Harley has been coaching with us since 2007 and also runs his own coaching and counselling practice. He holds professional qualifications in both coaching and counselling, as well as a Masters in Adult Education. In addition to his coaching work, he is an experienced facilitator who consistently delivers powerful workshops on a range of topics including Mentoring, Difficult Conversations and Coaching Skills. Harley’s work has spanned education departments in NSW, Victoria, South Australia and WA.

Helen is highly sought after for her deep expertise in how to apply coaching to the school context, as she can draw on her experience as both a school principal and as a professional leadership coach. Helen’s passion for making a difference to children’s lives was the driving force behind her successful career in education. As principal, she led the merger of two neighbouring schools before moving to work for several years in regional office.
Determined to build the capability of adults more effectively, Helen qualified as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has since amassed over 1000 hours of coaching experience and has facilitated workshops regularly for over 20 years. 
In 2017 Helen was voted by fellow coaches to serve as President of her local ICF state chapter.
