Group coaching gives your team the opportunity to engage in collaborative leadership learning. They get to know each other at a much deeper level, develop a common language around leadership and build their skills and confidence.

So, how does it work?

• A typical group coaching program comprises five coaching sessions, scheduled at times to suit you.
• Your group of 4-6 people will be supported by a professional leadership coach via Zoom.
• Coaching sessions are highly interactive, focusing on real live issues.
• Participants receive leadership insight resources and reflection exercises online to prepare for each coaching session.
